i need to fill the vectors. all shapes have been flattened so i assume that the shape is closed? Does anyone know why filling is only working partially?

(pls ignore the “d”, need to replace it)

Contrary to your assumption, the shapes are in fact not closed. Move the individual points and you’ll find them. Here’s an example:
