I have a few files designed by a designer. He left the files in presentation mode. There is a play button where the blue pen icon usually goes. I cannot obtain rights to do certain functions on the file without removing this automatic preview such as deleting the file and it takes multiple steps to copy the file instead of one click.

When I open the file it opens directly into presentation mode.

Where is this in the menu or is there a shortcut to do this action?
