Hi there!


I tried to reach sales about three times but no one answerd me. I searched it in the Spam folder too. Is there another way to reach the sales team then those forms?

Are you looking to upgrade to an organization or enterprise plan? Are you looking to upgrade a large number of seats in a team?

Thanks ksn for your reply 🙂 I’m just interested in Figma and FigJam for our K-12 school. We wanted to use Figma for teachnig and FigJam to integrate to our Google Workspace. The email addresses are the same.

Did you send a direct email, or fill out a form? If you sent a direct email, what address what it sent to? I want to make sure I get you to the right place.


I’ve just filled out the form I think I did it for both team. First I filled out the edu form for Figma and FigJam sparately (as I can recall that was two different form), and then maybe a week ago I filled out the sales form and I wrote Figma and FigJam together into the message.


I just touched base with our education team, and they would like you to email education@figma.com directly.


The form may have not gone through properly, but if you email that address, someone on our education team will reply as soon as possible!

I wrote for the Edu Team almost a week ago, but no response. Is my email address blacklisted somehow? Is the the Edu Team busy? Do you know about something about it? Beacuse the lack of feedback (even something like “Hi! We’re busy now.”) I’m feeling myself just ignored.
