I’d love to be able to equally distribute or auto layout objects orbiting along an arc or circle.

This would come in handy for designing gauges, infographics, and icons.

For example:

• distribute 15 tick marks along the upper 57% of a circle
  
  or
  


• symmetrically space 15 tick marks 12 decrees apart at the top of a circle
