I need some help with this issue.

I can’t find a master component in the design file, even after right click > go to master component.

and there is no option to select restore master component either on any of the instances.

how is there any other way to find it?

However, my Team Libray published assets are published and accessible but “not accessible to the master library”

I have shared my files links and videos with the Figma support team but no answer is received from there.

I am looking forward to your help.
