It would be easier to understand Lock/Unlock if you used text to indicate the status and action. For example Lock layer or Unlock layer.

Why would you use this menu to lock/unlock layers? Shortcut is way faster and more convenient. And there are lock icon in the layers panel which isn’t a boomer to use.
