Hi Community,

we trying to activate the proffesional Plan, but when submit the payment this returno the Card form again (and the payment not enter). This card is a Payoneer Mastercard. Do know about this problem? I have to try with a credit card?

The account has funds.

Hey @Diseno_UX_UI , for teams on the Professional plan, which has self-serve auto-billing, we can currently only accept payment via credit card. We cannot offer payment by contract/invoice, purchase order, wire/bank transfer or any other method at this time. Hope this clarifies!
