Isn’t this abnormal ?
It seems I cannot do the same programmatically and so I cannot draw my second arrow by formula symetry as It would only give one position (the bad one in red) whereas I want the other positioning (in green).

Check the transform matrix (absoluteTransform) of these elements, one of them would be flipped, which gives this result.
