Trying to buy Figma organization for my team and my company doesn’t allow using a credit card for it. company needs some kind of contract and a bill to pay. Contacted sales twice — no response.


Please help

The responses can be a bit delayed this week because of Thanksgiving. When did you contact sales?

That’s weird. Maybe try reaching out to support@figma.com — they usually reply to such issues within a day or so and should be able to connect you with the right person.
