Owners have all the same permissions as Admins so there’s no need to transfer admin rights to them.

Does “team owner” mean “admin rights + billing responsibility”?
I must have been a dozen times on the page you’re pointing me to, and I find it pretty confusing. The admin role is not properly explained there.
