Fairly new to Figma (and design) but I’m not understanding what I’m doing wrong here.

When opacity doesn’t seem to display correctly in the Prototype or atleast display how I am expecting it to

Left is a screen cap of the prototype and right is the design

I’m missing something and I don’t know what it is and I can’t find an answer. Please help!
