I’ve been using Figma for the past 3-4 years. Initially, I had full access, but now it’s asking me to upgrade. I requested my organization to handle the upgrade, but there’s a lot of paperwork involved. Meanwhile, my colleague uses his personal account and still has full access. Why isn’t the same rule applied to everyone? Tried reaching out to Figma sales team to get all the required documents but not getting any reply from them. Please help

Hi @Shagufta_Zabin - sorry for confusion on my part, but I’m not quite sure what you’re referring to when you say you had “full access” so I want to clarify.

Paid plans on Figma are on the team level, and not on the account one. Based on what I’m picking up on, I think there’s some disconnect between what team you’ve bee previously using in the past, and the team you’re working in now. That may be why your coworker is seeing everything as expected, and you’re not.

There’s also a possibility your subscription has ended-- this could be because of a number of different reasons (the payment method on your account is no longer valid, for example).

Unfortunately, without looking at your account details, I can’t be sure or help with this on the forum.

You’ll need to reach out to our support team to get more insight on this. They can also help you resubscribe or access your benefits.
