For others who may have similar questions, before the support team downgrade you, we want to make you aware of what you will lose:
- Security and administration features, which give you a sealed and consolidated Figma space where all assets (Files/Projects/Teams) created remain in the organization’s instance and can’t be removed without the Org Admin’s permission.
- Legally, your plan will no longer be governed by our Software Services Agreement (SSA). Pro plans are covered by our ToS only.
- Features such as Branching and Merging, Library Analytics, Organization-wide Libraries and Fonts, private Plugins, organization’s Community profile.
- Ability to create unlimited number of Teams within your Workspaces, with full access to features and full control over each Team at the admin level.
- SSO, SCIM, Activity Logs, and Link Access Controls.
- Ability to pay via invoice. Pro plans can only be paid for with debit/credit cards.
- Unused time left on your annual contract, which will not be refunded.
