I use Figma to review and comment on UI mockups created by our design team. I do not and cannot do any editing.

Figma defaults to the move tool, which as a viewer is useless to me - I don’t usually need to select individual pieces of the mockup. I always have to switch to the hand tool option so that I can navigate around the mockups.

For users who do not have edit access, can the default be to use the hand tool mode instead of the move mode? Or can there be a preference to set the default mode?
