Thinking is that the naming of the “Sections / Pages / Projects” tab as “Layers” is misleading especially since “Pages” label shows directly below “Layers” and actual layer formatting does not occur until later down the page, i’d even advocate for nesting the layers below each page when an element is selected but will table that portion 😀
