I created a new project and saved it. For the last three days I can’t open it from the desktop app or online. It keeps loading with a blank screen. Any ideas? All my other projects are ok.

This happens rarely but what usually helps is restoring the project from the previous version. Right click the file in the file browser while holding Alt/Option + Shift, then select Restore from version. Restore the previous version of the file and try to load it.
