When I try to open an existing or new FigJam file with the new iPad app, I get stuck on the loading screen. Everything works on desktop.


I’m using a 2020 iPad Pro with the latest iPadOS. I tried different files, reinstalling and with different accounts.

Same issue here. Even tried different devices, ipad 8 and pro 2020


RESOLVED: Talked to Figma customer support and it turned out to be some network issue on my side. After I tried to open FigJam files through my phone’s hotspot, it worked. Not sure what’s wrong with my network tho.


thanks 🙂 worked also in my case - it already works if I disconnect the wifi from the ipad when the progress bar gets stuck.
