We write many text strings to design screens in our Figma file such as “OK”, “Check your message”, and so on.
We sometimes need to translate these texts to other languages.
At that time, we need a list of all texts.
So, can we extract all texts from Figma to Excel?
or is there any way to deal with all texts inside Figma file?
I’ve been using Figma as a UX Writer for 3 years and am still looking for a tool that provides control for this process. You can extract text layers to a CSV file quite easily (check YouTube) but you still need to process the data manually.
