I use the hand tool when reviewing to avoid any accidental changes. I don’t want to use the comment tool because i’m primarily navigating around the screen and don’t usually leave many comments, not commenting. I do want to read comments that others have left, though, which makes the reviewing process more cumbersome than it needs to be since I’m forced to switch between tools.
