I prefer using the hand tool to the move tool while moving over designs. This prevents accidentally altering designs while moving over them. Earlier I was also able to open up comment bubbles with hand tool, but that seems to be disabled now.

This is a huge inconvenience. I have to switch to the move tool to open the comment and switch back to the hand tool to continue moving around.
