I am having this problem also. I’ve tried clearing the cache and restarting, I’ve restarted my computer and I cannot access any of my files.
I’ve saved a log but I can’t attach it to this reply.
Same here, it seem to be only the files that have been edited / seen by anyone else than me at some point

I saw a previous thread with the same issue and it was a bug. How can I get this resolved?

I saw a similar issue has been reported two weeks ago and was tagged as resolved. But it seems the issue is back.

Hello, when I open one of my files I can work in it properly for about 10sec and after that the screen goes gray and there is an orange box telling me 'You don’t have access to this file.
I really hope someone can help me soon because this is very important for me.
I can’t access my own file. I am the owner if this file, which i made two days ago. I have been using this file all of yesterday and the day before and suddenly it goes grey and says “you don’t have access to this file”.

I, and the team, are getting a message of “You don’t have access to this file” for our files in our project. It appears after a short while and prohibits me from working, and the dev team from accessing specs…
I can see that this seems to be a recurring problem for many people at the moment, so maybe it is a general issue? In any case it needs to be solved asap, because it is a complete blocker…
Hey everyone, I solved my problem by signing out/signing in to another account and changed it back, now I have access to everything again. Please try sing in/out again, maybe yours also gets solved.

I’ve tried that and did not work for me.
Also having the issue, didnt do anything, re-opened Figma, having it again, closing file, open it again fine again, but coming spontaneously again and again.
Saaaaaame just noticing it now. Came here. Help!
Facing the same problem, thought there was something wrong on my end lol, logged out of account and logged back in, still the same error

Same problem with me. Just updated to latest version of Figma desktop app and it’s still the same issue.
