While text is changing, keep a frame to the top right

What architecture should I use so that when I change the text, the red circle automatically adjusts its position to stay on the top right?
The red circle has a width of 20, 10 on the rectangle and 10 outside (same for height)

I have a component with this design and I want to be able to change the text on each child while automatically adjusting the position of the red circle
