I managed to delete and write over a design file that I now need, but it was too far back in my version history to see it with the free plan, so I upgraded. But for some reason (even though I’ve restarted the program and made sure that the professional plan is active) it still won’t let me click them and it has a note underneath that says it’s only available for paying members.
Anyone know how to fix this?
Hi there,
Thanks for reaching out.
According to the Help Center article, you should be able to access the version history.
Tip: Users working in their Drafts or in free Starter teams can only access up to 30 days of version history. Upgrade to a paid team to immediately access the full version history of any existing files.
You can view the article here: View a file’s version history.

Hey there,
tried to access a shared file version history but still get the `unlimited version history is available for paid teams´… Does it mean that I cannot access the history to a shared file? Thanks
