Starting Frame diabled, grayed out

Hi, I have Interactive Components turned on, and now i’m on a page where I’m not allowed to select any starting frame; it’s totally disabled and grayed out. What is happening? A bug? (attached)

Create another frame, then add interaction from the starting frame to the second frame. You can delete the second frame.
