Figma user roles currently require that the account admin be an editor, and my request is to allow a non-editor to be an account admin.
Concretely, I lead a software team with a single designer. I have budgetary responsibility, but the designer does not. To avoid having to pay for me as a second editor, we have our designer as the admin, but this creates a situation where I am unable to have control over the account and I have to ask the designer to do things on my behalf. We are currently having a problem with our account and the editor/admin role mashup is creating work for both of us.
