Overrides not preserved when library is pushed

This problem is still not resolved as it states in numerous posts. Last week I have tried to push our published components to different file and during this process I have lost all the overrides in my file: buttons, texts, colors, everything.

I have tried to backtrack and did everything you wrote in this tutorial here:

It didn’t work so I went back in my version history. Sadly that didn’t help either and all my process was lost. ALL components in my file unlinked and lost their IDs (version history is not working because it remembers I have used ctrl + x on components.

Since your support doesn’t really work and you don’t reply. I had to use third party plugin from Figma community and manually give EVERY component in our file back his path.

Can someone from FIGMA finally fix this problem? This is a major error and shouldn’t happen at all! We are paying company license for Figma.

and yes I went though all forum topics https://forum.figma.com/t/resolved-overrides-not-preserved-when-library-is-pushed/

Hey @Katerina_Bohme – sorry that this has continued to be a problem. At this time, this issue seems to have been resolved overall, but it’s possible your library/file[s] may not have recovered correctly.

At this time, I think it would be best to have our tech quality team look into this further. Are you able to share a copy of the file/library with us? If possible, please share edit access with support-share@figma.com. This is the official support alias that the team uses to replicate issues. You won’t be charged for sharing to this address.

Even if you are not able to share this with us, please fill out this form: https://help.figma.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=360001744374

Once you’ve done that, tag me in a reply on this thread and I’ll get that escalated for you.

Since it is Friday, I may not get back to you until after the weekend, but will follow up when you reply.
