No reply from Sales

Hello, our company has been trying to schedule a demo and a talk with a representative from the Sales team. For two weeks now with no response.
We have sent a message via the official contact CTA two times, and opened up a support ticket with a system response.
From the community posts, this seems to be a reoccurring issue, which is a bit demotivating.

Any info/help is appreciated, &
