A lot of components in the design kit are using hardcoded values as opposed to using text, color or elevation styles. Has anyone been able to make the design kit work after changing theme (text styles, color styles & elevation styles)
Nope. I have not been able to make it work. For example, I changed the Primary/500 color and then looked at the Stickersheet. I only saw a change in App Bar: Top. On the components page, there was no change.
When I individually select a component, the Selection Color section shows Primary/500, but it is the old color. Only when I select Primary/500 as color style again, the color changes.
