How to remove the “Education plan” from my account?

Hey,
As we have completed our school course, I no longer need the Education plan, and it is now interfering with my work.
How can I fully remove it?
I tried creating a ticket, but was informed that I don’t have access to the ticket system due to being on the starter plan.
