I have been having trouble with Figma (I use the app, not browser version.).
Sometimes it works fine but once in a while it will show up this message:
“Uh oh… we can’t open that file
We can’t open this file because we’re having trouble with WebGL.
Please try restarting the desktop app.
If this problem persists, you graphic card or driver may not be supported.”
I try restarting Figma but the same message shows up. If I restart the computer, Figma will probably work normally again until it crashes again after a few hours of use. It’s quite stressing because I have to stop my workflow, close other apps I am using that have important work along with Figma and I end up losing a lot of time at the end of the day.
My graphic cards and windows are all updated. My laptop specifications:
