Right now rotation is always from the object’s center point. You cannot choose the position of the anchor point.
Sometimes though, you just want to rotate an object around a different anchor point like an edge or a point outside the object itself. In Adobe Illustrator or Sketch this is possible because the anchor point shows up and can be moved anywhere before rotating.
