My desk app always be “Black screen”, when I open the file. If I had just opened the software and stayed in the start screen, nothing would have happened
My pc use NVIDIA Video card。

Windows 7 is not in the list of Figma’s supported operating systems. One thing that might help is updating the video card drivers or trying a different browser, e.g. Firefox.
