Hi, I have just opened a starter account and would like to add one member only to my project, so we can collaborate. I read online that this should be possible on every plan, but for some reason when I click on ‘Add Member’ or on ‘Share’ from the specific file the ‘Invite’ button is greyed out and doesn’t allow me to invite or share with anyone.

Hey, just resolved the same issue. Turns out the email address entered was not the correct format - therefore invalid. Mine was missing the second dot before .com
