When commented or @ a person in Figma, all email have this problem that shows a lot of “???” for everyone in our organization.
But, we can click “View the comment” in email to view comments into Figma app. Our email client is Microsoft Exchange. But we’ve all this problem, using outlook app, macOs Mail or browser.
It is because your comments are not in English characters. The email sent from Figma cannot generate Simplify Chinese characters.
I tested English characters. It’s same problem. Like this image.
