Why am I prompted for a very old update?

With a pro account, I work on the same library every week.
As a result, I have to push and update a lot. So all my dependencies files are often synced.

Why is Figma offering me an update from two years ago?

@Gayani_S ?

Hey @Fred_Tinsel, thanks for reaching out! I can understand how frustrating it must be to see an update from two years ago while working on your library.
Let’s try a few steps to troubleshoot this:

  1. Clear your cache in both the browser and the desktop app if you’re using them.
  1. Unpublish your library and republish it. Don’t worry, any files subscribed to your library will not lose their connections when you unpublish. After republishing, check if this resolves the issue.
  2. If that doesn’t work, try making a small change to the main component, like adjusting the opacity slightly to 99%. Publish this update to the library, then accept the update in the other files using that component. Once it corrects itself, you can undo the change and repeat the steps to propagate the correction.

Please let me know if the issue persists, happy to help out further!
