Why am i not receiving login link mail from figma in my mail account?

Why am i not receiving login link mail from Figma in my outlook account? That account was my work Figma account and all my design files are in it and im unable to login, everytime i try it shows a message that a link has been sent, but there isnt any mail. If anyone can please help me out, please do it. This is a really urgent issue as I have clients waiting for their designs and out of nowhere I can’t access this account anymore…
