I just paid for the professional account, but I was not allowed to add a team move project. Every time I want to move a project or create a team, it will keep asking me to sign up for a plan.
What happens and what should I do?
There is no such thing as the “professional account”, there are only Professional team plans. So you are paying for just one team, not the whole account. If you are trying to create a project in the team which is still on Starter plan, you won’t be able to do that. You can only create unlimited projects in your Professional team. And the new teams you create will be on Starter plan, not Professional.
