Was charged for no reason

I don’t know if I am the only one having this problem.

So Apr 24, 2024, I bought an annual plan with 1 designer seat and 0 FigJam seats, for which I paid $144.00.

after this next month, I got a bill with $0, which is normal because I have annual. but after that, it started.

for upcoming months I was charged 3 times $25 and somehow, out of no ware, when I contacted support, they told me that I have 1 design seat added and 2 FigJam.

So I told them I wanted to cancel and they told me how to remove it. After this, I removed my card even from the payment. Then on Aug 25, I was charged $0 because everything was removed and my annual plan was continued.

But now on Sep 24, I was charged again $20 :smiley: and in the Invoice, I see that I was charged for 1 seat and 1 FigJam :smiley:

Does anyone else have the same problem?

  1. I don’t use FigJam and when I was buying annual I unchecked them.
  2. I removed my card and why was I charged even, should not they ask me to add a card to continue monthly?

I took a look at the email associated with your forum account, and it doesn’t look like you’ve reached out to us recently with that email.

The paid team associated with your forum email is for Priority Soft, LLC, and it does look like the payment method was removed from the Monthly plan for Figma, not FigJam.

But on August 1st, someone from Priority Soft, LLC reached out to reactivate the plan by confirming the last 4 digits of the card on file. I would confirm with the user that you collaborate with from Priority Soft, LLC, as this is the additional monthly seat you’re being charged for.
