User account to paid not working

Hi!

I need to upgrade user to Professional license, so I have updated my team member from view → Full (paid license).
I can see in the billing overall seat list that one user has been added to list.
But user is still telling that account is non paid.
What could be the issue?

Hi @Bigbank, thanks for reaching out! I know it can be confusing when a team member’s upgrade doesn’t seem to take effect right away.

The most common reason this happens is that the file they’re working on might not be located in the team space where you upgraded them to a Professional seat. I checked internally, and I can see that you upgraded your team “Bigbank design.” Could you please ask your team member to make sure they’re working within this team by selecting it from the team dropdown?

If they’re working in a different team by mistake, they can move files and projects over to the “Bigbank design” team, where their Professional access will apply.

If that doesn’t resolve it, could you share the URL of the file they’re having issues with? I’d be happy to take a closer look to see what might be going on.

Thanks for the response.
Didn’t know that we need to add user separately to team, thought the user already had access. When added user to team, view changed and some things that were locked before now started to work. Seems that the issue has been resolved.
