The file I NEVER deleted has evaporated without a trace. The file which I used to use until around 18:00 on the 21st in Korea, disappeared after 3 hours when I accessed it from another device and I can’t see it. I never deleted it myself, and I tried all the solutions in the community, so I can’t recover it. I want to check the log to see if there is a history of recovery or deletion.
Hi there,
I’m sorry to hear about the issue you’re experiencing. Just to confirm, are you logged into the correct team? Could you share a screenshot of your Figma account’s file browser? If you can also provide the file link from your web browser history, I might be able to quickly look into it.
Thanks for your patience,
Toku
This is the browser history of the deleted file and screenshot of my Figma account’s file browser.
This is the file link, and I can’t access this file now.

Hi there,
It seems like you might be in a different team. Could you try switching teams by changing the team selection? You can do from here:
I hope it clarifies the thing.
Thanks,
Toku
I’m sorry but the deleted file belongs to me(jha2ee),
so switching team doesn’t work on my case
Is there a way to check the deletion log or recovery?
The log is only available on the Organization/Enterprise plan. I’ll need to direct you to our support team for further assistance. Could you please reach out to them? They might be able to provide more details.
