Two annual subscriptions - transfer?

Hi all,

I accidentally subscribed to two annual plans from two different accounts - yes, I know :wink:

My question - is it possible to transfer one annual subscription to another account, almost like a top up for next year I guess.

I’d love to just use one subscription and one account.

Please help :slight_smile:

Hi @Julia_Arrighi may I know are you able to transfer the subscription? I have the same issue but have yet to get the reply from support team :frowning:
