Trying to get a response from customer service or sales

Hello, my organization has been trying to get in touch with someone from customer sales or service support for months now, and we are not hearing back to any of our requests. Is there any way to get through to an actual person to get support for our unit?

Hi @Sophie8 - I did some digging, and it looks like you wrote into us on Monday, and that an agent responded to you yesterday (after you had posted this topic).
