Had some recent issues by giving UserTesting.com users prototype links and when they try to access it the cover page will load instead of the first screen in the prototype. Doesn’t happen for everyone. Any idea what would cause this? Is there a workaround?
This sounds more like an issue in the service you are using. It’s probably modifying the link somehow. Figma doesn’t do it on its own.
