Team management is absolutely insane!

Why is it so freaking hard to understand what user has what access to which project within a team. Some users get their roles downgraded, then if I upgrade them, nothing happens. There is no central location for user management, and the per project access is buried and uneditable? Isn’t this app supposed to be made for product designers by product designers? Just an absolute shame. The contact support function in the help section doesn’t even function at all.
