I create a background rectangle that sends a scroll command to the fix header where I want to show.There are some buttons with hover action in background rectangle area, but they don’t work. I am not sure if I’m doing wrong or if there is a bug…

Same problem here. Sticky topbar component disappears while hovering menu items/changing whole component variants.
Changed all variant states to instant. Looks like “sticky” option doesn’t work well with smart animations. I would call it a bug.
