I have enabled SSO for my figma account (for my org). After doing necessary configurations at identity provider side as well as adding the IDP url / cert at figma side here is what is happening
I click on SSO > redirects to IDP > Successful authentication > Redirects back to Figma and displays : “you found a bug!
We’re really sorry about this. The issue has been logged, and we’ll fix it soon”
the redirected url at figma side where I see this error is https://www.figma.com/saml//consume
On the network console http status is 500 no further details
What should I be doing next ? is there any reference for the bug ticket that is created maybe ? Is there some misconfiguration at my side. The IDP side is fine because I tried to test it standalone and seems to working ok. please suggest.
PS: I have not provided the tenant id as I am not sure if this page is visible to the general public or Figma support
