Trying to get the new slack integration to work but whenever anyone from the team tries to implement it we get {“error”:true,“status”:401,“message”:“Unable to verify request”} Can anyone help?

How to enable slack notifications? this thread has the link to re-authorize the connection - I had the same 401 error first time and it worked using the link in this thread.
