Slack integration 401 error

Trying to get the new slack integration to work but whenever anyone from the team tries to implement it we get

{“error”:true,“status”:401,“message”:“Unable to verify request”}

Can anyone help?

How to enable slack notifications? this thread has the link to re-authorize the connection - I had the same 401 error first time and it worked using the link in this thread.

Thanks Timj I tried the link to re-authorize but still no joy.

Same here I have a @support ticket open. It’s a shame you can’t fall back on the old slack app either that worked fine for years.
