unfortunately I am not able to the desktop app when clicking on Figma links. It’s also not appearing in my preferences:
Deleting an reinstalling the app hasn’t also helped. Maybe someone had the same issue and solved it?

@Dennis_Adelmann I found a solution. If you open a file in the browser, you can see the option “Open links in desktop app” checked. I unchecked, then rechecked, then I opened a file link and it opened in the app. Hopefully it works on your end.
