I rely heavily on custom shortcuts with my workflow, I have noticed that my shortcuts stopped working so I thought maybe Figma team changed naming convention or capitalization, it turned out that my custom shortcuts match exactly with whats inside of figma but the problem remain the same.
one of my most used command is CMD+SHIFT+R to Reset all overrides but that command stopped working on me and I found out that when I right click on an instance I see my command has been occupied as shown in screenshot below:
When I searched for that command on figma help I see different command for same action
Not sure where all of this mess started to happen?
TL;DR I use a custom shortcut that is not working anymore and another arbitrary command took over its customized shortcut
